MATIM International Pty Ltd was formed by Matt Madsen and Tim Griffiths when a need was identified to offer strategic commercial inputs to better formulate and manage EPC contractors. This foundation grew with MATIM now specialising in forming and executing project commercial strategies as well as formation and management of Project Management Office (PMO) functions for Principals and Project owners.

Formulating Principal and Project specific strategies for engagement and management of ALL facets of project contracting (feasibility studies, engineering/design contracts, D&C, construct only, or any form of EPCM contract).

• MATIM International executes stringent tendering, evaluation and management processes that leverage our client's capabilities and expectations through value for money approaches to develop and deliver projects more effectively.

Forming and managing the PMO (project management office) with the project owner as Principal contractor.

• Using best practices in project management and proprietary PMF (Project Management Framework) methodologies, MATIM put you in your project's drivers seat by efficiently identifying needs in a Principals project capabilities and providing the systems, processes and personnel to match.
